Winter Trip for the Parent-Child-Group of the kjhv RheinRuhr-Essen

Together with Mr. Justin Gorsic, we were enabling a very special Christmas gift for the supported parent-child group of the kjhv RheinRuhr-Essen. Four parents and their four children spent several winter days in the snow, with trips to a large toboggan run, time together in nature and many unforgettable family moments.

The planning and implementation of the project was carried out in close cooperation with Justin Gorsic and kjhv RheinRuhr. For many of the participating families, everyday life is shaped by financial pressures, emotional challenges and few opportunities to step away together. This trip offered them a rare chance to simply be a family: to laugh, play and experience new things in a safe and supportive environment.

By fully covering the costs of travel, accommodation, meals and activities, the Tarek Mamisch Foundation ensured that all families were able to participate regardless of their financial situation. At the same time, the shared experience strengthend the bond between parents and children and created positive memories that last well beyond the trip.

Amount of funding in 2025: 4,000 euros
