V.<\/p>\n<p>Following the devastating earthquake on February 6, 2023, which struck southeastern Turkey and northern Syria, we responded swiftly to provide emergency aid in collaboration with our long-standing partner Mahmoud Dahi. We established a tent camp in Harim, approximately 70 km from the earthquake\u2019s epicenter, providing temporary refuge for 28 families \u2013 45 adults and 73 children \u2013 who lost their homes in the disaster.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to setting up the camp, we invested in essential infrastructure, such as sanitation facilities and weather-resistant foundations for the tents. The total setup cost amounted to approximately 20,000 euros. The families in the camp were also provided with food packages, one hot meal per day and clothing, with monthly expenses amounting to 3,100 euros.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond material aid, we aimed to bring hope and moments of relief to those affected in the camp during this difficult time.
